About
I'm Seth Longhurst. I write here in two voices. As MarTech Seth, I write about lifecycle marketing, the craft of customer communication, and what the AI hype cycle gets wrong. Under my own name, I write personal essays — grief, wealth and inequality, the attention economy, and how people actually behave.
By day I'm a lifecycle marketing consultant at LifecycleIQ. I also serve on the advisory board of MFAN. The personal essays are my own views, not those of any organization or board I'm affiliated with.
The best place to start is the essays.
